I was discharged today from a NWA hospital and we were headed back home today in the snow in Rudy when we were trying to get up the last big hill before be would finally be home. The tires started to spin and we slid backwards several feet. Rickie was dispatched to help us and he pulled us to the top of the hill and then followed us the rest of the way home! Rickie is a wonderful employee, and we wanted everyone to know who to call when you need a wrecker

We were towing our camper on I40 when a young girl rear ended us. She flipped our truck and trailer. Ricky was first on the scene and was very helpful. Both our truck and trailer had to be flat bedded off the road. They were able to accommodate us and our dogs back to the tow yard. The staff were so kind and helpful.

I was passing through for my work when my alternator went out. They looked extremely busy but they were able to fit me in the next morning. I got a ride from them to and from hotel. Great people awesome service, I highly recommend using them if your in the area
